Kerry is an avid amateur photographer and tries to incorporate photography into his other activities and interests.  His choice of photographic equipment is Canon, using an EOS 20D digital camera as his primary camera and an Elan II film camera as a backup camera.  His photographic interests include:  his daughter Eleanor, waterfalls, zoo animals, and wildlife.

His current project is to catalog a collection of antique fishing lures, and of course taking many photos of Eleanor.

Eleanor as Tinkerbell, Halloween 2005

This photo was taken in my studio in front of a gray background with Eleanor sitting on a small pile of poly-fluff "clouds". The costume was created by Lorna.

After photography, the digital image was edited in Photoshop to change the gray background to a graduated blue, and to add more clouds. Also, the color was enhanced on Eleanor's wings.

A Christmas Gift for 2005

Eleanor was posed in a box wrapped as a Christmas gift. She is wearing a Christmas dress made by Lorna. We captured a nice smile on Eleanor for this shot.

The only post-photography editing was the addition of the Christmas Greeting on the box.

Lighting was provided by two off-camera flash units.
